東園文化創意廣場位置北京市朝陽區崔各莊鄉東辛店330號，隸屬望京來廣營花家地崔各莊，所處地段尊貴優越。東園文化創意產業園占地總面積21980平方米，綠化面積3500平方米。園區內建筑層高9.25米、10米，均為無柱空間，戶型可隨意定制。園區采取舊廠房改造的方式，依托北京市全國交通樞紐、全國文化中心等優勢條件，擬建設成為兼具傳統文化內涵與現代相結合的綜合影視文化基地。

The Dongyuan Cultural and Creative Industry Park covers a total area of 21980 square meters, with a green area of 3500 square meters.
