大地時尚文化創意園占地13000㎡，項目位于朝陽區高碑店文化街，緊鄰CBD、國貿；東臨東五環和高碑店多個文化園區、北靠八通線傳媒大學地鐵站，四惠交通樞紐站、南依綠意盎然的百花公園。兩廣路將穿插大地時尚文化創意園，與即將落戶通州區的北京市政府和國貿CBD實現直線辦公和零距離政策對應。項目將打造“傳統藝術文化產業+商務展示平臺+便利生活方式+集團產業辦公”一體的特色創意園區。
